PINNACLE STORAGE WINSTON-SALEM NC
The Pinnacle Storage corporation was conducting a rapid expansion and needed a reputable, local grading and site development company in North Carolina to handle the development of their Winston-Salem location so they chose JL Raper for the project based on our reputation for being a company who knows how to to get the job finished.
This project was to be built at an already busy shopping center that was adjacent to the local, district police department and close to a busy, interstate exit.
Being situation in such a busy and diverse commercial area presented a multitude of issues. Keeping noise and dust to a minimum were very important and had to stay a constant mandate during the entire grading and development process.
The construction of the lot was finished in ????????????????? without any major problems or delays.
