CUBBARD EXPRESS DUNKIN DONUTS STORE BETHLEHEM

The Cubbard Express/Dunkin Donuts was constructed on a vacant lot in Bethlehm, NC. This corner lot was adjacent to a busy shopping center which was achored on both ends by high traffic stores.

For this project, JL Raper was contracted to do land development and grading in order to make the lot suitable for construction of convenience store and restaurant combination facility. Because of the busy area and close proximity to retail shopping great care had to be taken to minimize any dust and construction pollution.

There were also great considerations to be made in order to ensure the land was suitable for the installation of gas tanks and all other related equipment needed for the fuel station operation. JL Raper has the experience to be able to have the proper foresight to know what needs to be done when developing a lot to be best suited for what it is to become in order to avoid any problems that may arrive later in the construction process.

The construction of the lot was finished in February of 2022 without any major problems or delays.
